What ever the case documents will be needed. This is where your friendly Realtor (me) will help assist you in gathering all needed documents. To include any pre-purchasing certifications needed.

This is where the fun begins. After working with you to design a New Home Profile, I will begin the search process and find you that perfect home.

At this point you will have meet all requirements to receive a Pre-Approval Letter needed to secure your loan. 

 Closing is simple, we just follow Georgia prescribed check list and meet all time lines.

I will go over line by line of every procedural item to ensure full understanding of and follow through to make sure all other requirements are timely met. Then the Keys Are Yours.
